A cappella live-looping duo from Canada

Using nothing but their voices and live-looping techniques, Dylan Bell and Suba Sankaran cross musical boundaries to create a concert of unlimited variety. Imagine Simon and Garfunkel in the style of a Bach cantata… or an acrobatic jazz melody over beatboxing – the vocalised mimicking of a drum machine or a DJ’s scratching techniques, or extending to an 8-part vocal harmony arrangement created by just two singers… and you will get an idea of what FreePlay are about
